The Admissions Process
Concordia High School welcomes applications from students desiring a challenging academic program within a Christian environment. All applicants must meet the enrollment guidelines established by the Board of Directors. Each applicant is evaluated on the following items: placement exam, report card, transcript, recommendations, interview and the desire to succeed in a Christian environment.
Step 1: Application steps to reserve your spot
Submit online application at chsaustin.org
Pay the application fee: $100
Step 2: Acceptance Requirements
· Submit a picture of your child
· Current report card (and transcript for transferring students)
· Teacher & Character Recommendation forms
When completing the online application, you will provide an email for the individuals you choose.
· Student interview
· Immunizations
· Individual Service Plan (if applicable) (ex: 504 or IEP)
Submit Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
Students are required to take the CHS placement exam to aid in determining class placement at CHS. The test assessment fee is $50 and will be paid on the date of testing.
Finalize enrollment in FACTS and pay the enrollment fee of $500. This includes setting up your payment plan.

Future Requirements
·Scoliosis, Vision, Hearing & Diabetes Screening. This is for incoming freshmen and results must be dated between June 1, 2024 and October 1, 2024. We will also provide testing (for a fee) if you are unable to get a screening by your physician.
