Head of School

Steve Glandorf M.Ed.

With 32 years of experience in Lutheran secondary and elementary education, five as a teacher/coach and 27 as an administrator, Mr. Glandorf has a love for serving with quality Christian educators who educate and equip today’s youth. His greatest passion is providing a safe and caring environment whereby students are nurtured and prepared to become strong Christian leaders who will make a positive impact in society.

Dr. Marianne Rader M.S, M.Ed.

“My greatest privilege at Concordia High School is the opportunity to help students make personal connections with their academics, their fellow students, and with God. I particularly enjoy the spiritual conversations with students that I was not able to have in my high school experience. CHS is a place where I can make an eternal difference in the lives of my students.”

Dr. Rader's Bio

Since becoming Athletic Director in 2023, Coach T has overseen the most successful volleyball, baseball, and football seasons in program history, building on his legacy as the coach of its best-ever basketball team. Learn more about his journey and vision in his biography.
Michael Weil has been teaching Fine Arts classes at Concordia since 2013 and became the Fine Arts director in 2019 in order to better support students and teachers in our all of our arts programs. Learn more about Mr. Weil from his Biography.
