Concordia High School employs a dedicated college coordinator.  This strategic and intentional process begins in the students’ freshman year with the building of a college resume that will impress college recruiters.  Mrs. Repp takes the time to personally know each student, helping them to find their passion and pursue the right college that is a best fit, leading to a higher success rate in college. She is always available to guide and direct students on their pathway to future success.

Mrs. Repp provides scholarship opportunities via Fastweb, scholarships.com, College Board BigFuture, and Going Merry. Personal recommendation letters are provided for each senior. Dian loves to write authentic stories about her students, which often yields meaningful financial aid from schools.
