  •  This course focuses on physical activity for athletic sports teams.  Sports include Baseball, Basketball, Cheer, Cross Country, Dance, Equestrian, Football, Golf, Soccer, Softball, Swimming, Track & Volleyball.

    •  This course is designed to give students the opportunity to learn fitness concepts and conditioning techniques used for obtaining optimal physical fitness. Students will learn health, wellness, and strength for life, including nutrition, hydration, cardiovascular health, energy systems within the body, functional strength training for everyday life, recovery from mental, physical, and perceived stress, and guidelines for finding one’s health direction.  Students who are competitive athletes will also learn athletic speed, strength, endurance & nutrition, specifically biomechanics, energy, planes of movement, action vs. reaction and its consequence and purpose, load vectors and their associated load absorbers and
